Why Yoga? Yoga is a transformative mind & body practice that provides incredible benefits to help you feel your happiest physically, mentally & emotionally, on & off your mat. Every body type, age, mobility level & fitness ability can practice yoga as each pose is modifiable to work with your body so you build strength, balance, flexibility & endurance without being in pain. I offer Private Lessons for people who want to learn but want or need more 1-on-1 attention, & Group Lessons on a weekly basis for those who want to practice with other locals. If you haven't yet tried yoga, you're in for a positive, relaxing & happy experience when you practice with an experienced, passionate & adaptive teacher like me! I take time to get to know each of my students goals so I can help you achieve what matters most to you-whether it be to connect with yourself & others, to let go of negative thoughts, improve your self-esteem or just give yourself some well-deserved "me time". I am a free spirit yoga student and teacher with a focus creating space for healing, self-love & passion for every breath. When you practice with me, you will be part of a continued discussion of how to incorporate yogic philosophies into your daily life, reminded of your divine perfection, encouraged to be creative & try new things, & supported to focus on light, love & gratitude. I believe that yoga is a transformational path & that the poses (asanas) can be modified for every body, & would love to meet you.
